Austin Holmes -Chief Executive Officer
Austin Holmes is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of RallyX. Prior to founding RallyX, Austin was the Haiti Country Director and Vice President of Programs & Government Relations at Mission of Hope. He led a team of as many as 850, and his operational acumen drew the attention and applause of governments and organizations looking to learn from MOH, including the U.S. Department of State.
Austin holds a B.A. in History and Religion from Furman University and a Masters in International Business Administration and Management from Nova Southeastern University. He is also currently pursuing a Doctor of Education (EdD) at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.

Dan Dumas -Chief Operations Officer​
Dan Dumas is a leader deeply committed to transformation. He is passionate about all things leadership, strategy, and being an idea-generating organizational leader. Dan is the founder of Red Buffalo, and his multi-sector leadership spans various businesses, churches, NGOs, government agencies, and universities. He has served as a consultant, as well as in several roles in executive leadership.
Dan is the author of Live Smart, the co-author of A Guide to Biblical Manhood and the editor of A Guide to Expository Ministry. He actively writes on leadership and provides a variety of coaching and consulting for leaders. Prior to his time in ministry, Dan served in the US Navy as a search and rescue swimmer.
Dan is married to Jane and has two children: Aidan and Elijah. He loves all things sports (especially lake sports) and is an avid outdoorsman who loves hunting and fly fishing.​​
Bret Holmes -Chief Financial Officer
Bret Holmes brings over 30 years of accounting and financial leadership experience to his role as Chief Financial Officer. He oversees the company’s financial strategy, reporting, and operational efficiency, with a focus on driving growth and enabling long-term scalability through technology and process improvements. Bret has served as CFO for organizations across a variety of industries, including private equity, real estate development, multifamily construction, homebuilding, and transportation and logistics. His background includes leading finance teams through complex growth phases, acquisitions, and systems implementations.
Bret holds a degree in Accounting from the University of North Florida and began his career in public accounting, where he earned his CPA designation.

Zell Jones -Vice President of Business Development
Zell Jones is a member of the executive team and leads the Business Development efforts at RallyX. He oversees revenue growth and strategic initiatives across all Construction Services companies.
Prior to joining RallyX, Mr Jones worked as a private equity real estate consultant for Cerberus Capital overseeing their land position and joint-ventures with Kolter and Greystar in Florida & Georgia. Before that, Zell has spent the last 20 years in various roles in residential development, homebuilding, commercial construction including leadership positions at the Pulte Group and American Homes 4 Rent. Zell holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Appalachian State University and lives in Jacksonville, FL with his wife and four children.

Stephanie Monroe -Head of People
Stephanie Monroe is the Head of People at RallyX. Prior to joining RallyX, Stephanie spent 12+ years working in various aspects of Human Resources. She has focused on creating and implementing people strategies while acquiring, onboarding, developing, and retaining top-level talent. Stephanie has worked at large global companies and small local ones. This experience has helped her develop expertise in recruiting, leadership, coaching managers, corporate communications, and people strategy.

Raised in the Midwest, Stephanie moved to Charleston, SC in 2008. She lived in Charleston until she moved to Jacksonville in 2018. Stephanie earned her Associates Degree in Human Resources from Trident Technical College in Charleston and is currently working on her Bachelor's Degree from Liberty University.

Ryan Stone -Director of Impact and Communication
Ryan Stone, originally from Georgia, has been a resident of Jacksonville, FL since 2007. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Georgia and went on to earn a Masters of Divinity from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Ryan's career journey includes a role as an undergraduate coach at UGA, where he contributed to student development through athletics. He then became one of the founding pastors and held an executive ministry position at The Church of Eleven22, where he played a key role in guiding the community spiritually. His leadership extended to serving as the Executive Director at the 10|Ten Project, focusing on impactful initiatives.

In his personal life, Ryan is happily married to Blair Hamilton Stone, and together they raise their daughters Emrie (13) and Blakely (11). Outside of his professional and family commitments, Ryan enjoys a variety of hobbies and his free time always involves people. He enjoys playing golf, CrossFit and watching UGA football. Ryan also finds fulfillment in coaching his daughter's soccer team and enthusiastically cheers on his wife, who coaches their daughters' competitive cheer team. In moments of leisure, he finds relaxation in fishing and enjoys the occasional cigar.
Matthew Hunt -Director of Business Analytics and Intelligence
Matthew (Matt) Hunt is the Director of Business Analytics and Intelligence for RallyX. Prior to joining the RallyX team, he worked in finance and analytics for multiple large national and international brands, including CSX Transportation, Gordon Food Service, and Bank of America Merrill Lynch, overseeing analytics and planning for operating budgets as large as $4.5B and providing leadership for corresponding organizational change.
Matt began his professional career with the United States Marine Corps, where he quickly rose to the rank of Sergeant. He trained and led a proficient team of 12 marines, planned and executed over 40 combat missions, and oversaw the maintenance and application of over $1M in equipment. Throughout his time of service, he earned three professional licenses and numerous military awards, including two purple hearts. Matt holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Florida and an MBA in Finance and Competitive Strategy from the Hough Graduate School of Business at the University of Florida.

Rodney Calfee -Director of Marketing Operations
Rodney Calfee is the Director of Marketing Operations for RallyX, bringing more than two decades of multi-sector entrepreneurial leadership to bear on the role. He’s worked with executive leadership teams to create and develop brands, led and aligned multi-disciplinary teams, developed and implemented go-to-market and various data-driven digital marketing strategies, and developed demand generation engines to accelerate growth for nonprofit organizations and for-profit businesses alike. He brings expertise to support business leaders through revenue operations, process development, reporting, strategy development and implementation, marketing, and sales enablement.
Rodney lives with his wife and three daughters in their hometown of Birmingham, AL and holds a Bachelor of Arts from Samford University.
